Certifications and Disclaimer

Currently Aqualytica is NOT an EPA certified laboratory. Our analytical laboratory is meant to be a service to the community while at the same time. allow our students the opportunity to gain practical experience conducting environmental analyses. Our future goal is to be become EPA certified in the various tests that we offer the community. Due to the fact that we are not EPA certified, if any tests that we run return positive results, we would suggest that a professional laboratory be contacted to run additional testing to confirm such results. Though PhD level professors do check the student’s results we can not test to trace levels that some EPA protocols require for certain analytes. Because of this, a negative result may be in error depending on the test. The report you receive will reflect this information.
